To live ethically open<\/h2>\n

Loving in a way that is healthy and nourishing is possible regardless of the way you want to structure your relationship. While historically monogamy has been the norm, I deeply believe other forms of relating such as polyamory and other forms of non-monogamy are equally valid.
\nTo be able to relate to others in a way that does not perpetuate suffering, we need important skills and strong values. We need the skills to be able to understand ourselves and those around us deeply, and communicate and act in loving kindness. We need values that make sense to us, and that promote well-being. When we embody kindness, compassion, openness, and truth, we\u2019ll have the chance to mutually heal each other and create safety for all. From there, the possibilities are infinite.
\nMy aim is to contribute to a world where we can discover our own truths, and can simultaneously stay in loving connection with those around us. My opinion is informed by my work as a psychologist and relationship therapist, by the work on promoting secure attachment from Sue Johnson, by the mindfulness teachings from Zen Buddhist Th\u00edch Nh\u1ea5t H\u1ea1nh and by experiences from my own life.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n
